Trim Healthy Mama Day 4


Breakfast: (S)
3 scrambled eggs with 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese, a scoop of pico de gallo, and 1 avocado

Lunch: (Crossover)
Greek Salad pita

Dinner: (S)
Enchilada filling on spinach salad with sour cream and cheddar cheese

Snack: (FP)
Fat stripping frappa

Exercise: 30min on my stationary bike, 8.8miles
