The results :)

Wanna see what all that freezer cooking looks like?
My small freezer is stuffed and about to explode.....

 And my big freezer takes a game of tetris to get anything else inside :)

We are at 12 weeks now and my husband has been deployed for about a month and a half. I am happy to say we are all still alive thanks to the food in our freezers. For tonight's dinner I pulled out some homemade Mac and Cheese and Chicken Pot Pie. I am a happy woman :)

I do need to get some more space in the freezer though since I would like to stop grocery shopping every week and move to once a month instead. Trouble is there is no room in my freezer for several gallons of milk or the amount of bread needed to last a month. Think my hubby would be unhappy if he came home from his deployment to find a third freezer ;)
